Support

We're a small team and read every message.

Contact us: info@katialabs.com. It helps if you include your phone model and, for purchase questions, the email address of your App Store or Google Play account. In the app, you can also use Contact us in the menu.

Subscriptions

How do I cancel Eatsight Pro?

Subscriptions are managed by the store you bought them from:

Cancel at least 24 hours before the period or free trial ends to avoid the next charge. Pro stays active until the end of the period you've paid for.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com (iPhone) or from your Google Play order history (Android).

I paid but Pro isn't active

Open the paywall in the app and tap Restore purchases. Make sure you're signed in to the same App Store or Google Play account you used to buy. If it still doesn't work, email us with the date of purchase.

How does the free trial work?

The yearly plan starts with a free trial. You won't be charged if you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. Otherwise the yearly subscription starts automatically. Each account can use a free trial once.

Account and data

Do I need an account?

No. Eatsight starts with an anonymous account so you can try it straight away. Add an email address or sign in with Apple or Google from the Profile tab to keep your diary safe if you change phones.

How do I delete my account?

Open the menu (☰) and tap Request account deletion. You have 30 days to change your mind. See deleting your account for details.

Can I get a copy of my data?

Yes. Email info@katialabs.com from the address linked to your account and we'll send you a copy within 30 days.

Who can see my meals?

Only you, unless you share them in a club. Members of a club can see what's shared there. Meal photos and descriptions are also processed by our AI provider to produce the analysis. Details are in the privacy policy.

Using Eatsight

The calories look wrong

Estimates from photos can be off when portions are hard to judge or ingredients are hidden. Add a short description, for example "two eggs fried in butter", for a better result. See the disclaimer.

How do clubs work?

Create a club from the Club tab and share its invite code with friends or family. Members see each other's shared meals, can chat, and can join challenges together.
