Eatsight is not medical advice. It's a tool to help you notice what you eat. Talk to a doctor or registered dietitian before you make significant changes to your diet, weight or activity.

Estimates, not measurements

Calories, macronutrients, micronutrients, glycemic and omega values in Eatsight are estimated from photos and descriptions by AI. Portion sizes, hidden ingredients, cooking oils and recipes vary, so estimates can be noticeably off. Use them as a guide, not a precise measurement.

Allergens

Eatsight can point out ingredients that commonly contain allergens, but it can't see everything in a photo and can't confirm that food is safe for you. If you have a food allergy or intolerance, always check the ingredients and preparation yourself.

Targets and coaching

Daily calorie and nutrient targets come from general formulas based on the details you enter. They don't take your medical history into account. Sage is an AI coach, not a person and not a healthcare professional. Its replies can be incomplete or wrong.

When to check with a professional first

Please speak to a qualified health professional before you rely on Eatsight if you:

If food or your body feels overwhelming: you're not alone, and support helps. Talk to someone you trust or a health professional. In an emergency, call your local emergency number (112 in Türkiye and the EU). You can find free, confidential helplines in your country at findahelpline.com.

No guarantee of results

Everyone's body is different. We can't promise any particular result in weight, health or fitness from using Eatsight.
