Delete your Eatsight account

In the app (fastest)

Open Eatsight.
Tap the menu (☰) at the top left of the Diary or Profile tab.
Tap Request account deletion and confirm.

You're signed out right away and your account is scheduled for deletion.

Without the app

Email info@katialabs.com with the subject "Delete my Eatsight account", sent from the email address linked to your account. We'll confirm and delete the account within 30 days. If you never added an email or signed in with Apple or Google, your account exists only on your phone: delete it in the app, or simply uninstall the app.

What gets deleted

Your account and sign-in details
Your profile, goals and targets
Meals, photos, analyses, water, steps, activity and weight entries
Conversations with Sage and what Sage remembers about you
Your club memberships, and the meals, recipes and messages you shared in clubs

When it's deleted

For 30 days after you ask, you can sign in again and choose Restore account to keep everything. After 30 days, the data above is permanently deleted. Encrypted backups are overwritten on their normal schedule after that.

What we keep

Purchase records needed for tax and accounting are kept for as long as the law requires. Most of these are held by Apple, Google and our subscription provider, RevenueCat.

Deleting your account doesn't cancel a subscription. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account settings so you aren't charged again. See how to cancel.
